Jewels inserted anywhere on the tongue. It is most common in front of the tongue brake, approx. a jewel with a straight stem inserted vertically into the first third of the tongue.
It can be pierced vertically or horizontally, even several jewels can be in the tongue at the same time, depending on who can tolerate it.
